Austin J. Gilbert's career in the securities industry spans more than 30 years. Joe is the founding member of Gilbert Financial LLC and currently serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Austin was Executive-Vice President and National Sales Manager for a nationally recognized broker-dealer, where he was instrumental in developing a 20-person, one office firm into a business with more than 250 financial consultants with eight offices in five states. Joe attended the University of Miami and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from C.W. Post College.

Mary Salvador has more than 40 years of full spectrum debt, equity and merger/acquisition transaction and business management experience, initially as a practicing attorney in New York City, as a principal of emerging growth stage related companies; and thereafter as an investment banker specializing in nano-cap and micro-cap companies. In addition to her current role as COO, (previously Head of Investment Banking) Mary came to Gilbert Financial LLC soon after its founding from Commonwealth Associates, the New York based merchant and investment bank, where she was Managing Director of Corporate Finance. Mary received a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Ohio State University and a Juris Doctor degree from Vermont Law School.
